Score Engine: Bea Fuels Creamline’s Straight-Set Showdown

Isabel Beatriz De Leon led the Creamline Cool Smashers to a straight-set victory over the Chery Tiggo Crossovers, 25-17, 25-17, 25-21, in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig City, this February 6, 2025.

Bea contributed significantly to the offense, scoring 13 points for Creamline. She was efficient in attack, converting 8 out of 14 attempts, resulting in a 57.14% success rate. Her spikes were a constant threat to the Chery Tiggo defense, helping her team maintain control of the match.

In addition to her offensive output, Bea was active at the net. She registered 2 points from blocking out of 17 attempts, which gave her a 17.65% blocking efficiency.

Although her blocking accuracy was lower than her attacking efficiency, her presence at the net still disrupted the opposing team’s rhythm.

Bea also contributed in the service department, scoring 3 service aces from 17 service attempts, with a 17.65% accuracy. While the serving percentage was not high, her serves played a role in pressuring Chery Tiggo’s reception, creating scoring opportunities for her teammates.

Despite not having the highest accuracy in all areas, Bea’s contributions across multiple aspects of the game were vital to Creamline’s performance. Her ability to generate points in different facets of the match helped the Cool Smashers maintain their strong position throughout.

With this victory, Creamline remains undefeated at 8-0 in the conference. Bea’s overall performance continues to be an important factor in the team’s success as they move forward in the competition.
